We were delighted to see 2+3 Finsbury Avenue has been granted planning permission. 2+3 Finsbury Avenue is part of British Land’s Broadgate Regeneration, raising the bar for the next generation of low carbon and forward-thinking offices across London and the wider world. The scheme, designed by Danish Architects 3XN, is due to start on site next year.
The building comprises high-quality office space in a two 2 Tower and Podium scheme of 38, 23 and 13 storeys, respectively, with retail at GF and an Amenity offering at G-2. It has extensive external space, including a high-quality wintergarden and several terraces.
The brief is to design a “Building like no other” and 2+3 Finsbury Avenue most certainly lives up to its name!
