Arbor is a 20 storey office building for Native Land, sitting above three historic railway arches just a stone’s throw from our own offices on the Southbank. The all-electric building, designed by PLP Architecture, AKT, Sweco and others, has been considered with sustainability and wellness in mind, featuring high ceilings, wide windows, open-air terraces and intelligent technologies.
Did you know? Arbor features a Closed Cavity Façade, a mechanically ventilated double skin system that allows for large areas of glazing and natural light, whilst still meeting tight energy performance criteria. We successfully procured this advance works package prior to the main contractor appointment.
