Core Five’s 21 for 21 Project 4 – OneThreeSix George Street for Native Land / The Portman Estate
OneThreeSix comparises 6 floors of inspiring workplaces in West London designed with quality, productivity, sustainability and wellness in mind.
The redevelopment of the former Regent House building on Edgware Road is a joint venture between Native Land and The Portman Estate. The design by Stiff + Trevillion features cladding in limestone, brick and terracotta materials sympathetic to the architecture of the surrounding early 20th Century mansion blocks.
The scheme also features 23 beautiful apartments and 2 penthouses known as the ‘TwentyFive Marylebone W1’, with interiors designed by MSMR and Hudson and Mercer.
We are looking forwards to completion of this fantastic scheme in 2021.
Did you know? The stunning limestone artwork at the front entrance is designed by the acclaimed artist Hugo Dalton, inspired from drawings made in nearby Hyde Park
21 for 21 is Core Five’s series highlighting 21 inspiring projects that we are looking forwards to working on in 2021
