Alan has over three decade of MEP experience, spanning consultancy, contracting and engineering. Alan has a passion for the principles of lean design, using his extensive technical knowledge to unpick this complex element of works and achieve the right balance of MEP performance and budget aspirations for each individual project.

Alan has worked on some of the most challenging projects in the industry, including the Shard at London Bridge, Bloomberg HQ, and the Lloyd’s        building, and with clients including Almacantar, British Land, LandSec, Brookfield and Canary Wharf Contractors.
