KPF’s replacement for Quill skyscraper in London Bridge

Core Five are delighted to have worked with Greystar in obtaining their planning approval for the proposed development at London Bridge. The design team is led by architects Kohn Pedersen Fox, along with AKT II as structural engineers, SWECO as services engineers. The scheme involves the demolition of Beckett House, a 10-storey office building. The redevelopment of the site will provide a 21,000ft² basement over three levels, 2,000ft² of retail space at the ground floor, 15,000ft² of student amenity space at the lower and upper levels of the building and 190,000ft² of student residential space providing 905 student beds.
