Chris is a Founding Partner of Core Five who has worked extensively in the residential-led development sector for the last 20 years.
Chris leads one of the teams at Core Five who have significant experience in the Build to Rent sector, both in London and the regions, who understand how to best drive value and effectively manage risk.
Maja is a Partner at Core Five. Her 25+ year cost consultancy experience spans across complex mixed use residential-led, retail, commercial and infrastructure projects. She advised major blue-chip developers including Land Securities, Great Portland Estate, CAPCO and Battersea Power Station Development Company. Her recent major project included the Battersea power station redevelopment. She is currently involved in the BTR developments, including two towers in east London and midrise scheme in Waterloo.
Andrew is an Associate at Core Five with over 25 years’ experience. His indispensable knowledge in the BTR sector, together with large scale dense housing schemes, enables him to give strategic cost advice to Clients and Design Teams at the project outset.
Andrew is a Senior Project Surveyor at Core Five with 14 years of experience in the Birmingham and regional markets. His experience in the private rented sector across major regional cities allows him to approach such schemes with an innate understanding of how to drive best value, and provide accurate and robust cost, procurement and tendering advice.
