Panellist details:

Simon is a Partner at Core Five and head of our hotels team. His current projects include leading the team on Cambridge House, an extensive hotel redevelopment of the In and Out Club on Piccadilly for Motcomb Estates.



Charlie is a Partner at Knight Frank with over 14 years’ experience advising in the hotel and operational real estate sectors.  Knight Frank recently published research into the impact of Covid-19 on the hotel and hospitality market.



Dexter is a partner at Dexter Moren Associates, and recongised as an industry leader in the hotel and leisure sector. DMA specialise in hospitality architecture and interior design, they are based in London and work internationally.
