Patterson Building achieves Planning consent for office transformation

Thrilled to hear that our Client Astrea Asset Management and Architect Buckley Gray Yeoman have secured Planning consent for the Patterson Building. It’s been a pleasure to continue our involvement in this exciting scheme which is a stone’s throw from Marylebone station. The vision of the Client and Design Team to refurbish, regenerate and extend this 1930’s commercial building has been refreshing to see and further proves the ability of Designers in London to improve the carbon footprint of construction by looking beyond the traditional demolition and redevelopment model. We look forward to continuing through the next stages and are already excited to see the finished product.
