Planning approval for Blomfield Mews

Core Five are delighted that planning approval has been granted for the proposed development at Blomfield Mews in Westminster. The scheme involves the demolition of 28 single storey garages and the construction of three residential buildings to provide 18 residential dwellings, comprising a four storey town house fronting Warwick Crescent and two lower floors to connect with the mews, 3 mews houses and 14 apartments, with provision for car parking on site, and cycle storage. The scheme is part of Westminster’s programme to deliver a mix of schemes to meet housing demand and create new affordable homes in Westminster.
