The proposal includes 3.8m sqft of a flexible mixed-use development providing a range of offices, workspaces, residential and retail with interface links to transport infrastructure (underground, DLR and the Elizabeth Line). The scheme is committed to sustainable development, with all new homes net zero carbon and climate resilient, and all office buildings targeting BREEAM Outstanding. We are very proud to be involved with this next phase of Canary Wharf, one of the largest single development sites in London.
