What has been the most rewarding project you’ve worked on at Core Five?
It must be the restoration of Admiralty Arch, which happened to be my first project at Core Five. Converting this Grade I listed building into a luxury Waldorf Astoria hotel is a unique challenge, blending modern functionality with its timeless elegance. Balancing preservation with contemporary upgrades made it a demanding yet incredibly fulfilling experience.
What is your favourite building and why?
The Dancing House in Prague is my absolute favourite! Its playful, wavy design feels like a dance party frozen in time, symbolising a perfect blend of artistic creativity and architectural innovation. It adds a splash of fun and modern charm to the historic cityscape, making it a standout for me.
