As an Associate in Core Five’s residential team, my experience spans from cost management services with a focus on mixed-use, residential, hotel, Build to Rent, and leisure projects. I look to maintain high standards by understanding the Client’s objectives, integrating with both the design team and Client to ensure value throughout the project life cycle.

I joined Core Five in 2018 and have 10 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Core Five my experience focused on hotel developments and hotel lead mixed-use schemes. I am now working closely with the wider team to focus on enhancing Core Five’s hotel sector offering.

What do you think is the biggest opportunity for our industry in the next 10 years?

I see the use of ‘Tech’ to analyse real data in existing real estate and current projects as the biggest opportunity the industry has to become more efficient, reduce risk and ultimately produce a more valuable and functional end product for people. The wellness trend will have a huge impact on how we work, where we stay and what we choose to do in the future.

What inspired you to join the construction and property industry?

I love having the ability to go out and meet new people, be part of large design teams working towards a common goal and opportunities the industry is starting to offer people from a variety of backgrounds.
