As an Associate within in the Birmingham team, I work predominantly within the residential and industrial sectors. I believe in developing strong Client, Contractor and project team relationships in order to ensure a high degree of collaboration to drive a successful project outcome. I bring a methodical, detailed but clear and concise approach to the projects I am involved in.

I have over 20 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, 4 of which was working overseas in Sydney, Australia. I am a chartered Quantity Surveyor and I joined Core Five in 2022. I have been fortunate enough to have worked within most construction sectors, specialising in industrial, residential and luxury care home developments. I am driven by the challenge of working on something different or complex.

What attracted you to join Core Five?

I decided to join Core Five as I wanted to be a part of a young and growing Birmingham office. I believe I can be an influential part of the business’ success in becoming a major cost consultancy in Birmingham.

What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?

Working alongside Trainee and Graduates, helping them achieve their career aspirations. Core Five develops and promotes from within and they value the contribution and ideas of employees at all levels.
