This covers the spectrum of MHCLG’s MMC categories one to seven, from full volumetric housing for new build homes, through to prefabricated components embracing the Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) philosophy.
Our experience gives us the ability to advise on the commercial implications of various forms of MMC from the outset of the project. Alongside upfront cost we also consider lead in periods, upfront payments, single source reliability, design responsibility and many other factors. These all need to be assessed alongside the traditional time and quality criteria to arrive at the right MMC solution for each unique project.
