Core Five partner Jon Spencer-Hall was recently on a panel at Bisnow’s Future London Office Investment and Development event alongside William Rabey, Alexa Baden-Powell, Michael Kovacs, Jenny Harbord, Laure Duhot.

Jon drew from our experience acting on over 20m sqft of London offices to discuss some of the trends we are seeing delivering commercial schemes for the likes of British Land, Tishman Speyer and Yard Nine.

One of the key themes of the day was the changing nature of the office, both from an investment and product perspective, and what that means for the successful delivery of the next generation of best-in-class offices.
