200 Gray’s Inn Road is the update of a 372,000 sqft architecturally important Norman Foster designed building from the 1990s to meet modern day sustainability credentials.
The refurbishment, for which we are providing Cost Consultancy services, includes the introduction of new amenity at atrium base and roof top level to meet current trends and tastes, as well a comprehensive CAT-A refurbishment of all office floors with the introduction of gender neutral superloos to the core.
