We were delighted to see that our 1 Broadgate building for British Land has been selected by JLL for their new UK flagship office. 1 Broadgate is an exemplar building, comprising some of the highest quality, most sustainable mixed-use space in London, and will be the most energy efficient building British Land have ever delivered. The decision reflects JLL’s ambitions to be a Net Zero carbon business, aligns well with British Land’s Sustainability Strategy and net zero commitments, and also our own carbon plan at C5. We are proud to provide Cost Management services on this great project.
