It’s T-Levels Thursday!
We’ve been supporting the Surveying, Design, and Planning T-Levels and have so far welcomed two very eager students in our Birmingham office.
T-Levels are an alternative to A-Levels, apprenticeships and other 16-19 courses. Focused on vocational skills, T-Levels can help students into skilled employment, higher study, or apprenticeship.
Connecting with local universities and potential new talent is always rewarding, read about why we love to do it below:
- To equip students with the skills and knowledge required for their chosen industry
- To provide students with hands-on experience in a real work environment
- To help nurture future talent and strengthen engagement with the local education providers
- To attract new talent to the construction industry
“T- Levels allow you study towards a qualification whilst also gaining on the job experience. My placement at Core Five allowed me to apply my new-found knowledge in the workplace and see how everything interlinks on live projects. I encourage anyone considering T-Levels to go for it, as you can gain valuable experience and make strong industry connections, which could help get your foot in the door within the industry.” L, T-Level Student at Core Five
“I want to give a big thank you to Core Five for facilitating my placements and being instrumental in my T-Level journey. Their support has enabled me to develop the essential skills, whilst building confidence within the workplace, and taking my first steps towards a successful career in Quantity Surveying.” N, T-Level Student at Core Five
