100 Broad Street will be one of Birmingham’s most sustainable buildings. The 33-storey Build to Rent development will provide 294 new homes together with co-spaces, communal amenities and rooftop gardens with retail space aimed at independent shops, cafes, and restaurants on the ground floor. The scheme will utilise Smart technology to reduce it’s carbon footprint as well as occupational costs of its users.
