151 Buckingham Palace Road is a five story building located over platforms at Victoria Station. Revolving around central atrium, the building accommodates retail space on the ground floor and office space to the ground and upper five floors.
The new scheme incorporates a CAT A refurbishment to the existing building, atrium infills to increase NIA, new shower and changing facilities and refurbishment to the external terraces and winter gardens.
