Refurbishment and conversion of an existing commercial building into 20 private apartments and 34 serviced apartments on the edge of Covent Garden. The scope of works includes the demolition and rebuilding of the mansard roof and stair / lift core, replacement windows, reconfiguration of the existing light wells, refurbishment, and fitting out of the existing building generally.
