We undertook a peer review of Riverstone’s landmark residence for over 65s on The Bishop’s Avenue in north London at a key milestone in the scheme’s delivery. Our extensive knowledge of similar schemes enabled us to give a clear assessment of where the scheme was and what the opportunities and risks were. This allowed Riverstone to proceed with the next stage of the project.
