The refurbishment of Warner House provided a new modern dynamic head office environment for Warner Bros. with a more efficient, integrated work space, forcing movement through the building to create a more collaborative and innovative work force. It also created a flexible workplace to allow the business to grow and change over the term of the lease to accompany the new central plant that was installed to replace the end of life services.
