The project considered the redevelopment of the UAE’s 45,000 seat international football stadium. The proposals had to carefully consider sympathetic changes to the existing Heritage building whilst also creating an existing environment that responded to changing current and future user requirements. The design developed the existing facility into a modern stadium, providing exceptional fan experience whilst also diversifying building use to maximise revenue streams.
