I am a Partner leading our Commercial team. I am a great believer in excellence and continually improving, which is instilled into my teams’ approach and methodology. We constantly seek to identify opportunities to add more value to projects and ways to explain our advice in a clearer more concise way so designers and Clients understand the cost of projects and the added value opportunities that might exist.

Whilst I am lucky to have few grey hairs, I have over 30 years’ industry experience and have been a Partner for over 20 years. I joined Core Five in 2015 from Davis Langdon and have been delivering commercial projects for the majority of my career.

I have been extremely fortunate to work on a number of amazing flagship projects and have reviewed at some stage, a large number of Central London’s buildings stock. Rarely travelling outside zone 1! This has allowed me to work with Clients like British Land, Land Securities, The Crown Estate, Great Portland Estates, Helical, to name but a few, and many signature architects and designers. I feel honoured to work with such talented people and loved every minute of it.

What inspired you to join the construction and property industry?

From a very young age, I loved seeing buildings being built and getting a buzz from construction sites and seeing buildings going up.
