As an Associate, I work within the residential, student accommodation, and hotel sectors. My role involves understanding our Client’s key objectives from the outset, managing costs and delivering their aspirations, whilst also managing key risks and driving value.
I have worked within the industry for over 8 years and have been part of the Core Five team for 5. My recent experience comprises two best in class hotels which include the cut and carve of two Grade I & Grade II Listed structures, both of which are complex schemes with innovative solutions. I’m additionally involved with the cost planning of a 570-unit student accommodation scheme in Brighton which also includes the refurbishment of an existing Grade II Listed building.
I am also part of driving the key rates initiative within Core Five which creates a centralised database for companywide tendered rates.
