As an Associate in Core Five’s Corporate Real Estate team, I specialise in the commercial sector with particular focus on the development, refurbishment, and occupier fit-out market, covering a varying scale of both value and size.
I believe in delivering the highest quality of service to every Client’s project, providing advice that enables informed decisions to be made. I’m a strong believer in the positivity and success of having a collaborative approach to projects, working closely with all other consultants to ensure the best value and commercial success for a project.
Having joined Core Five in early 2016 as a Trainee Surveyor on placement from university, I have been able to climb the ranks to my current role as an Associate and have now racked up over 6 years’ experience.
Throughout this time, I have delivered a series of projects of varying complexities and size across the commercial sector for example, the large-scale development of 100 Leadenhall Street, the refurbishment portfolio of CapCo and Farrer & Co. and occupier fit-outs for the likes of American Express, Hiscox, and Sony Music.
Additionally, I have an active role within the business leading the graduate APC training and the forward thinking of both the business and our people within the Opportunity, Foresight & People working groups.
What attracted you to join Core Five?
Despite being a market leader, no matter how big or small, the family community that was present within Core Five was a key attraction for sure.
What is your favourite building and why?
St Paul’s Cathedral – As a 7 year old, I visited the Cathedral on a school trip and was mesmerized by the architecture that stood before me. Class, elegance and innovation for its time.
