As an Associate within the Residential team, my role primarily involves providing both Pre and Post-contract Cost Management services on residential towers in London. To add value, I ensure that all complex cost information is communicated to the Client as clearly and simply as possible to aid understanding and decision making.
My career at Core Five began in 2015 as a non-cognate graduate, studying outside of work for my Masters prior to completing my APC. Within the company I’ve been a part of various groups and initiatives, with a particular focus on residential data and benchmarking. It’s been great to see the company’s growth and success, and I look forward to playing my part in continuing the trend.

Big Data – Cost plans in minutes as opposed to weeks.
What has been the most rewarding project you’ve worked on at Core Five?
Edgware Road / Lyons Place – The first project I worked on when I joined Core Five, I saw it through from demolitions to practical completion.
