Having joined a young Core Five in 2013, I have had the pleasure of watching this great company grow to the business it is today. As a Partner within our Commercial team, my predominant area of expertise is central London office developments, both new build and refurbishment. I strive to bring an enthusiastic and dedicated approach to any project, quickly understanding the Clients key requirements and objectives. I ensure our advice is invaluable in providing the support they need, as they look to create opportunities within the market and stay at the forefront of developing trends.

In addition to central London refurbishment and new build office developments, I have also had the opportunity to work in the student residential and sports and leisure sectors during my 15 years in the industry. I have had the great fortune to be involved in a number of outstanding projects and to work with some of the UK’s largest Commercial Developers. I am proud to have undertaken work for the likes of; Astrea, Bankfoot, Blackstone, British Land, FORE Partnership, Great Portland Estates, Kier Property, Sellar Property, and Tishman Speyer.

What do you think is the biggest opportunity for our industry in the next 10 years?

Being a driving force in the success of the UK’s net zero carbon strategy. The construction industry can sometimes be seen as slow to change, this is an opportunity for us to lead from the front.
