My aim is to support our Clients’ deliver their project aspirations that best aligns with their commercial goals. I apply effective cost management strategies that entails early engagement in the design stages to achieve the optimal end results. Through collaboration, commitment and drive in creating a successful outcome I am focused in helping my Clients achieve best value.

I joined Core Five in 2014 and have over 18 years’ experience in the industry. I lead a Cost Management team working across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial offices and hotels. I also help deliver large residential led mixed-use and regeneration schemes.

I have a detailed understanding of the key cost drivers in residential and commercial developments, and I am experienced in procuring large complex mixed-use schemes. I have worked with several large developers including British Land, Land Securities, Hutchison Whampoa and the likes, signature architects such as Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners and Zaha Hadid Architects.
