Since joining Core Five in 2013 I have become one of the Partners leading our Employer’s Agent team. The team delivers Employer’s Agent services at the earliest opportunity so that our residential, commercial, and leisure sector knowledge and expertise can enhance the delivery of successful projects.
In addition, I have developed and continue to deliver Core Five’s Graduate and Trainee structured training programme ‘Core Foundations’ under which over 50 members of staff have attained RICS Chartered status since 2015. The firms core values mesh with those of the RICS which intrinsically are embodied into our staff during their structured training.
I have over 30 years’ experience working across a multitude of sectors including residential, residential towers and super-prime residences, healthcare, leisure, commercial, and education. After many years of quantity surveying, I have over the last 20 years specialised in the Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration roles, particularly in respect of towers over 40 storeys. Some key Clients include Manhattan Loft Corporation, Almacantar, and Berkeley Group.
I am a RICS APC Final Assessment Auditor, Chairman, Assessor and Appeals Panel member as well as being recently appointed as a RICS Apprenticeship EQA Auditor.
