I am an Associate within the London office Residential team. My main role is to lead on projects by providing high quality cost management services to our Clients. I believe successful construction projects are based on great collaboration with all stakeholders, teamwork, good communication and the development of good working relationships.

I joined Core Five in September 2024, with over 15 years’ experience across sectors such as: Residential, Commercial, education and infrastructure. I have acquired extensive experience in both pre contract and post contract stages of construction projects. This has allowed me to delivery high quality services to our Clients and solve complex issues that arise.

I always take an active role in helping RICS candidates through their APC journey, providing support and guidance throughout the process.

What attracted you to join Core Five?

The opportunity to work on a range or large and complex projects around London. Core Five also has a great working culture, offering a range of social events and training to develop skillsets.

What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?

Having the opportunity to progress further in my career, while being able to provide guidance to the younger generation and help others through the APC process.
