I am passionate about ‘getting the construction cost right first time, every time’ – this approach instils ‘a trusted advisor’ confidence, ultimately saving all project stakeholders’ money.

I have over 25 years’ industry experience where I have advised major blue-chip developers, owner occupiers and tenants operating in real estate and infrastructure sectors. I have worked on behalf of Clients including Land Securities, Great Portland Estates, Derwent London, City Offices, Battersea Power Station Development Company (BPSDC), CAPCO, HS2, and EDF.

What is your favourite building and why?

Oxo Tower, Coin Street Community Builders – I have worked on this then derelict building 30 years ago that provided affordable homes and work places to less affluent individuals in local community. The building still looks brand new, and is great examplar of careful sustainable refurbishment.
