As an Associate I work in Core Five’s Corporate Real Estate Team where my roles include; managing other team members, presenting to clients and day to day QS activities. The additional value I add to my clients and projects include; accurate feasibility studies, pro-active cost and budget management and clear and effective procurement strategies to best suit the clients needs.

I began my career at Core Five in January 2017 whilst completing my masters over a two period at Reading University. I have worked in the Corporate Real Estate sector, focusing on projects ranging from £10M to £40M whilst also gaining experience in the emerging Data Centre market.

I have worked for a range of clients across the city, from law firms, to the financial and corporate sectors tailoring the projects and budget aspirations to a range of needs.

WhatsApp because I like to communicate with my friends and family; it also makes organising anything and everything a lot easier!
