As an Associate Partner in our Corporate Real Estate team, I am responsible for delivering our Cost Consultancy service for interior fit-out projects. This involves working closely with our Clients to understand their key drivers for a project, and what defines value to them, so that we can tailor our service to suit their needs.

In my approach to projects, I endeavour to achieve a collaborative working environment with the project team and maintain a consistent and honest dialogue with Clients. For me, this is fundamental for delivering a successful project.

I formally started working as a cost consultant in the construction industry in 2014. My early experience involved working on of projects including refurbishments for healthcare facilities (The Halo Building KX), student accommodation (numerous across the UK) and masterplanning initiatives for Local Authorities across South-East London.

What attracted you to join Core Five?

Following a period spent working overseas, I am a ‘re-joiner’ to Core Five and my decision was quite simple really. We have a team of hard working, supportive and fun individuals, who I have always enjoyed working with. I also have confidence in their support, and that my future career development and progression are treated as a priority.

What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?

We are fortunate to work on a mix of really interesting, innovative and exciting projects – for a wide range of clients. This means that every project presents us with a new challenge; where we tailor our delivery and look for solutions to best suit our clients’ needs.
