I work in Core Five’s Corporate Real Estate team, working on end-user office fit-out and refurbishment projects. I make it my mission to fully engage with both the Client and Design team from the outset of the project to fully understand project goals and direct efforts into achieving best value and successful delivery of the project. This involves setting the commercial framework and strategy and ensuring both our team and others in the wider design team deliver against agreed parameters.
I have over 15 years of industry experience, predominantly within the London end-user occupier fit-out sector, as both a Cost Manager and Contract Administrator. Although, I do have experience on other types of projects, ranging from minor refurbishment projects through to multi-million-pound commercial offices and residential towers, using various contract types from Traditional, Design and Build and Management Contracting, with differing procurement strategies.
I joined Core Five in 2014, and whilst most of my projects are London based, during this time have worked UK-wide and in Europe. For most of this time at Core Five I’ve supported one our key Clients, Deutsche Bank, through delivery of their London campus real estate strategy. This included a secondment working within their Corporate Services Team, where I have developed a detailed understanding of PMO governance and process.
