I work in Core Five’s residential team and have 18 years of extensive experience in other sectors such as commercial, hotel, residential, sports, heritage and arts. I am responsible for taking projects from inception through to completion and handover, and support the achievement of Client’s objectives by providing risk and value management advice.
I joined Core Five in 2018 and have since been privileged to work on a variety of developments including stadium redevelopments, prime mixed-use hotel redevelopments, locally and international, and commercial new build and refurbishments.
I am a registered Civil Engineer in the Philippines, where I worked on project construction implementation for over 8 years across Asia and the Middle East for global construction firms in delivering multi-million pound projects.
What attracted you to join Core Five?
Core Five work with well-known Client’s and are involved in many London landmarks. In terms of culture, not all companies include their staff on their company website which Core Five do! This suggested to me that they have a focus on their people. The annual staff conferences are also a testament to the efforts they make for their team.
What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?
To be involved in some of the most prominent projects in London such as Bankside Yards for Native Land and the New Riverside Stand at Craven Cottage for Fulham FC to name a few. The opportunities to work with some of the most high calibre consultants such as PLP Architects, AKT, and Populus.
