I joined Core Five in 2018 as a non-cognate graduate, then completed my master’s degree in Construction Cost Management at the University of Reading, before strengthening my professional development in becoming a RICS Qualified Chartered Surveyor in 2022.

I have delivered pre and post contract services in corporate real estate, working across central and regional office fit outs and refurbishments. This has been for blue-chip clients, including Formula One, Barclays, Pension Insurance Corporation, Evelyn Partners and Legal & General. I have cultivated strong working relationships with lead designers and project managers, as well as Tier 1 contractors on the ground. My experience and professional network serve me well in taking on the responsibilities of an Associate, and in ensuring a successful outcome for current and future clients.

What is the most rewarding part of your role at Core Five?

I receive great exposure to, and support from, senior members of the team which has helped me develop and take responsibility on projects from an early stage in my career.

What is your most used app on your phone and why?

BBC Sport. I have played sport from a young age and like to keep track of the latest football, tennis and cricket news. If only I had a pound for every app visit!
