Exciting News! We’re thrilled to see that Britannia Invest 1 Friary Quay in Bristol has reached a significant milestone and is now in contract!

The project, for which we’re providing Cost Consultancy and Employer’s Agent services and is the third development in the area that we’re delighted to be assisting Bankfoot APAM with, entails the transformation of 3 existing floors and a basement into a 7-story (80,696ft²) commercial office space. Key components include replacing the current facade, installing raised access flooring throughout, refurbishing the reception area, creating a terrace on level 6, upgrading WC/shower facilities, and implementing new MEP systems across all floors. The scheme is aiming for multiple sustainability targets such as BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5*, WELL Gold, and WiredScore Gold.

After months of devoted teamwork and perseverance, we’re excited to advance to the next phase of this project. While challenges arose along the way, our Team’s collective effort allowed us to overcome them.
