Our use of digital tools and knowledge to increase efficiency in our role as cost managers assists in adding value to our projects and clients. It helps us to proactively obtain optimum understanding of design proposals, increases assurance of more effective procurement opportunities, and provides confidence in identifying value and aiding risk mitigation.

Our hands-on approach allows us to actively participate in the formulation of BIM strategy and development of our projects. Our goal is to ensure the models, data and BIM execution plan enable us to digitally quantify and estimate, from RIBA Stage 0, right through to harnessing the model for procurement.

With 35+ years of AEC industry experience between them, Richard and Trevor have worked on over 150 projects across all sectors and locations around the world and have gained a strong reputation through established working relationships with many industry-leading architects, engineers, and developers. Their expertise and contribution to the industry is widely recognised, and their approach has been acknowledged and integrated into the BIM standards and requirements of several leading Clients, Landowners, and Developers.

Richard is passionate about digital construction and possesses unique insight and experience in this field. He is involved with many industry initiatives, regularly speaks at events, and delivers lectures and training on the subject at several Universities.
