We were delighted to join Places for London, Helical, and McLaren at the Topping Out ceremony for 10 King William Street.

The landmark development sits directly above Bank underground station, and will soon provide 140,000 sqft of high-quality office space in the heart of the City of London. Having been involved in the project since early stages, we drew on our extensive experience of working over and adjacent to rail infrastructure, collaborating closely with @ TfL and the wider design team to achieve the most effective, efficient solution. Sustainability and wellbeing have remained central throughout the project, with the scheme targeting BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5*, and WELL Platinum.
