A significant milestone achieved for the refurbishment of 120 Holborn, for which we’re providing Cost Consultancy services on behalf of UOL Group, as it has now secured planning approval.

The scheme will see the reinvention of a 1979 Seifert building into a contemporary, sustainable workplace elevated by a new façade, with upgraded offices, retail spaces, and improved users experience with the introduction of new end-of-journey facilities. Designed by Morris+Company, the refurbished building targets BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, and NABERS 5*, setting a benchmark for sustainable offices.
