We are thrilled to learn that Arax Properties 280 Bishopsgate has won an award for City Refurbishment/Regeneration at the OAS Development Awards!

The scheme, for which we are providing Cost Consultancy services, was the only one of two buildings to be rated BREEAM Outstanding in 2022 in London, it is the largest WELL Platinum office space in the UK and a great example of sustainable offices.
