Acting on behalf of Delta Properties, we’re proud to be delivering Cost Consultancy services on this transformative regeneration scheme that will introduce three striking residential towers, alongside vibrant retail, café and restaurant spaces, a primary care facility, and a nursery. The scheme also features thoughtfully designed public realm and landscaping to enhance the local environment.
