Continuing this positivity is a priority, which is why we’ve established an ED&I working group. Designed to support our internal growth, this group ensures our recruitment processes, training and development opportunities, alongside the culture and education of our staff, continue to foster a welcoming environment for all.

We’re fortunate to have the platform to improve the lives of those around us. And we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact and boosting aspirations and career journeys of local young people.

Our professional services allow us to create spaces for all, but our culture and people take us further. We give back to the local community, supporting charities and awareness days, and raising money to help provide educational support.

Core Five has donated over £30,000 to organisations such as Macmillan, Construction Youth Trust, Mind, Pride, Movember, Solace, Coram, FareShare, Crisis, Southwark Foodbank, Stonewall and Show Racism the Red Card.
