In addition to general life cycling costing of the Engineering Services, we also undertake LCC to achieve BREEAM credits.

Undertaken at either Stage 2 or Stage 4 (or both), credits can be awarded for the production of an elemental and component life cycle costing, to assist with achieving the required BREEAM rating.
