10 Salisbury Square is a prime example, where we are providing Cost Consultancy services on behalf of Original Works (Simten and Invesco JV), for works including increased massing, glazing replacement, new MEP, and strip-out and fit-out to the Landlord areas and Cat-A.

This workplace reinvention set within the Fleet Street Conservation Area in London, is centred on wellbeing and sustainability: the project is a UKNZCSB pilot, and is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A. By retaining over 90% of the existing structure and reusing façade elements in the new extension, it will deliver major carbon savings while revitalising a historic site.

Demonstrating that ambitious sustainability goals are not reserved for large-scale developments, the scheme shows how small and medium projects can still deliver meaningful environmental impact.
