We’re delighted that Alperton Yards has reached Practical Completion!
Having been involved since inception, we’ve provided Cost Consultancy and Project Monitor services on behalf of Greenstone Developments and AG Homes, helping to deliver 155 high-quality affordable homes in the London Borough of Brent. An innovative private public funding agreement allowed for this 26-storey development to be one of the largest social rented schemes delivered in London in recent years.
Huge congratulations to the entire project team on reaching this fantastic milestone. We’re excited to see residents begin moving in and the new community come to life.
