We’re thrilled that Tishman Speyer UK’s Angel Square has reached practical completion!

Having been involved in the project since feasibility stage providing Cost Consultancy services, it’s been great to witness the transformation from a dated office block to a modern, best-in-class workspace. The development now offers 188,000sqft of premium and sustainable office space, targeting BREEAM Outstanding, Nabers 5*, and Well Platinum.
