We are delighted to have assisted Arup’s Midlands team with their relocation to their new Birmingham City Centre offices after spending nearly 30 years at their Solihull campus.

The project has seen the complete fit out from shell to Cat-C of high-quality office space which will become Arup’s fourth largest global office. The scale of the project includes works to floors 1,2 & 3 as well as part of the ground and lower ground floors of One Centenary Way located in the prestigious Paradise site of the city centre.

The office will achieve WELL Building Platinum Certification which will feature flexible collaboration spaces including an impressive bleacher staircase.
